OUR PROGRAMS

TODDLER TENNIS
Red Ball • Ages 3–6
Introducing the youngest champions to sport through fun, age-appropriate drills using soft red foam balls. Coordination, movement, and love of the game.
BEGINNER'S TENNIS
Orange Ball • Ages 7–10
Building foundational strokes — forehand, backhand, serve and volley — using orange ball for controlled rally development and confidence.
INTERMEDIATE
Green Ball • Ages 10–14
Refining technique, building consistency, and introducing match play. Students develop tactical awareness and begin competing in AITA tournaments.
SEMI-ADVANCED
Green Ball • Ages 12+
High-intensity training for competitive players. Physical conditioning, advanced shot-making, mental toughness for district and state-level competition.
ADVANCED
Yellow Ball • All Ages
Elite performance training for national and international tournament players. The same approach that shaped Davis Cup competitors.
